Installing telecommunication equipment:

• Assembling telecommunication modules and ensuring interconnectivity in line with customers specifications
• Inserting telecommunication modules as per customers manuals and procedures

Commissioning telecommunication equipment and links:

• Testing link acceptance against customers technical specifications
• Validating site and interconnectivity between far-end and near-end of the link

Integrating telecommunication equipment:

• Antenna system alignment and testing
• Optimization and test calling, check-up to ensure compliance with customer procedures and quality standards

Decommissioning

• Shut-down and remove from service the inoperative telecommunication equipment
• Dismantlement and disposal of the decommissioned equipment as per customer procedures

Project planning and management:

• Site inspection and assessments
• Deployment of equipment and mobile teams to project sites
• Logistics support and tools to site teams
• Supervision and back-up support to site teams
• Reporting and closeout package
